The University of Nebraska-Extension will be offering the ServSafe ® Food Handler Program in Geneva, Nebraska. Class instructor is Amy Peterson MS, RDN from UNL Extension in Polk County. Class will be on March 13, 2018 from 1:30 – 5:30 p.m. Cost is $20 per participant, which includes the ServSafe ® Food Handler Course Book and additional classroom materials. This training will be held at the Fillmore County Extension Office in Geneva, Nebraska. Continuing education credit is available for dietitians, diet technicians, and dietary managers.
